外資系大手IT企業に常駐して、年間1200本を超える会議やイベントなど、社内外への映像制作とライブ配信のテクニカルサポートを行っていただきます。

【主な業務】
・イベントや配信における音響、照明、カメラ等の操作
・ライブ配信、収録、基本的な動画編集
・サウンド、ビデオ、イメージ等の素材作成、配線図などの図面作成
・イベント主催者との打ち合わせ、イベント制作についてのアドバイス
・外部業者やフリーランスの管理
・海外チームへの報告・連絡・調整等

※チーム内でのコミュニケーションは日本語がメイン、常駐先のお客様とのコミュニケーションは英語がメイン、書類等は主に英語となります。

Providing video and audio technology support for global IT company meetings
This position is stationed at a major foreign IT company to provide technical support for video production and live streaming of more than 1,200 meetings and events per year.

Main tasks.
Operate sound equipment, lighting, cameras or others for events and distribution.
Live streaming, recording and basic video editing.
Creating materials such as sound, video, images, and drawings such as wiring diagrams
Meetings with event organizers and technical advice on event production.
Managing external contractors and freelancers.
Reporting, Communication and Coordination with overseas teams, etc.

給与	年収：450万円～550万円 ※スキル、経験により決定 Salary: 4.5-5.5 million yen per year *Determined by skills and experience
勤務地	本社：東京都渋谷区常駐先：紹介時にご案内いたします Locations: -Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo -Permanent location: to be announced at the time of introduction.
応募資格	学歴、国籍不問【必須条件】・イベントでの2年以上の音響、照明、映像撮影・スイッチャー等いずれかの操作経験・日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル（外国籍の方はビジネスレベルの日本語力が必要です）・外国籍の方は日本国内企業での勤務経験がある方【歓迎スキル】・動画ライブ配信の経験・ Premiere ProまたはFinal Cut Proでの映像編集経験 Qualifications: Academic background and nationality are not required Requirements (essential) At least 2 years of experience in event operation such as sound equipment, lighting, video shooting, or switcher. Language skills: Native-level of English and business-level of Japanese Foreign nationals must have experience working for a Japanese company in Japan. Preferred Skills: Experience in live streaming (video) Experience in video editing with Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
勤務時間	10：00～19：00 休憩1時間実働8時間時間外勤務あり Working hours: 10:00-19:00, 1 hour break, 8 hours work, with overtime
勤務曜日（休日）	月～金（完全週休2日制） ※イベントは平日が中心ですが、休日出勤をなった場合は平日に振替休日を取得していただきます Working days (and holidays): Monday through Friday (2 days off per week) (*Events are mainly held on weekdays, but if you have to work on a holiday, you will be required to take a substitute holiday on a weekday.)
期間	即日～長期入社日応相談 Work period: Immediate start and long-term. Start date negotiable.
